With over 20 years' experience, Becky has mastered the art of simplicity with technique - where every ingredient is treated with respect and every dish tells a story.
Trained in traditional Chinese cuisine and having worked in prestigious kitchens in Hong Kong and Shanghai, Chef Becky arrived in Portugal to share the authenticity of her culture through flavours. At Restaurante 88, she leads a kitchen where balance, freshness and elegance define each dish.
From handmade dim sum to classic recipes reinvented with a contemporary twist, Chef Becky honours the roots of Cantonese gastronomy, providing an experience that is both welcoming and unforgettable.
